Professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Clearly explains the maintenance/services needed. No pressure to get the repairs. Also gives a heads-up for future maintenance (ex: tires should be replaced within few months). They?ve been taking care of our vehicles for 25 years. Highly recommend C&A.

This is a great shop where quality and care add to a very positive customer experience. I have had three maintenance experiences over the past 4 years with extensive list of needs to keep my 1/2 ton pickup in good shape. Far more personal one on one experience than I found in the dealership that sold me my truck in the first place. That is what one wants when unable to do the work by yourself. C & A does not disappoint!

Awesome service! As a new resident of Eldersburg and MD, I was anxious about transferring registration and auto plates. C & A did an excellent auto inspection,had great shuttle service,and were clear and friendly in explaining everything. The next day I actually breezed through registration and got my MD tags- in one visit!
